Responsibilities & Context:

The position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, assess and hire high-quality talent in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist in developing talent acquisition strategy and roadmap in support of business strategy.

· Execute approved manpower plan in monthly/periodic manner in collaboration with hiring managers.

· Ensure selection of right candidates with right competencies as per agreed TAT following existing policy of the company.

· Assist in employer branding through different initiatives to attract potential candidates.

· Support a culture of continuous learning opportunities for employees considering organizational values, business needs and future trend.
