Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all HR and Administration functions of the factory.
Ensure effective manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, training, and organizational development initiatives.
Maintain healthy industrial relations and manage worker welfare activities.
Ensure compliance with Labor Law, Factory Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Oversee disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations matters.
Manage factory administration, security, transport, accommodation, and general services.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support management with workforce productivity improvement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Prepare periodic HR and administration reports for management review.
