Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR and Administration functions of the factory.

  • Ensure effective manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.

  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, training, and organizational development initiatives.

  • Maintain healthy industrial relations and manage worker welfare activities.

  • Ensure compliance with Labor Law, Factory Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.

  • Oversee disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations matters.

  • Manage factory administration, security, transport, accommodation, and general services.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Support management with workforce productivity improvement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

  • Prepare periodic HR and administration reports for management review.
