Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients to drive sales growth, achieve assigned targets, and ensure smooth execution of orders and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new corporate client accounts.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Coordinate with logistics, service, and operations teams for timely delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly and quarterly sales achievement vs. targets.
Number of new corporate clients acquired.
Client retention rate.
Timely and accurate proposal submission.
