Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 40 years

2–4 years of experience in programming, automation, or data analysis.

Experience working with HR systems or HR data will be an added advantage.

Programming languages such as Python, VBA, C#, or JavaScript.

Strong knowledge of Excel (Advanced), Power BI, or Tableau.

Experience with database management (SQL, MySQL, or similar).

Knowledge of document automation tools or workflow automation.

Responsibilities & Context:

The position is responsible for developing automated solutions for HR documents and processes while analyzing HR data to generate insights for decision-making. This role combines programming, data analysis, and HR systems knowledge to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting within the HR function.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement automated solutions for HR documents

Design systems or scripts to automate repetitive HR processes (e.g., onboarding documentation, employee data updates, PMS, Budget etc).

Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to generate meaningful insights and reports.

Develop dashboards and HR analytics reports related to recruitment, turnover, attendance, and employee performance.

Integrate HR data from different systems (HRIS, Excel, databases) for reporting and analysis.

Ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality of HR data and documents.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve HR systems and workflows.

Provide technical support and training to HR team members for automated tools and systems.
