Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – IT to lead ERP implementation and IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on ERP deployment skills with strong expertise in networking, hardware, and system administration.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP implementation & process automation.
Collaborate with Finance, Production, HR, Supply chain, Inventory & Sales teams to optimize ERP modules.
Manage IT infrastructure, servers & networking operations.
Ensure IT security, backups & system uptime.
Provide ERP training & technical support to users.
Oversee IT compliance, licenses & vendor management.
