Responsibilities & Context:
Drive Hire Purchse sales and achieve daily, monthly & yearly targets.
Lead customer engagement, promote HP benefits & close deals.
Monitor collections, follow up overdue accounts & guide recovery actions.
Conduct field visits to build awareness & generate new leads.
Supervise & mentor Hire Purchas Sales Executives, ensuring SOP compliance.
Collaborate with Cash Sales team for smooth branch operations.
Prepare & submit sales/collection reports and escalate key issues.
