Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Fashion Summit Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented Officer – HR & Admin to support the Human Resources and Administration functions of the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment, employee record management, attendance and leave administration, compliance, and overall office administration to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and disciplinary matters.

  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.

  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation as required.

Administration

  • Oversee daily administrative activities and office operations.

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and other administrative resources.

  • Coordinate maintenance of office facilities and equipment.

  • Support travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders when necessary.

  • Ensure a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
