Job Context:
Fashion Summit Ltd. is looking for an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Manager – HR & Admin to lead and oversee all Human Resources and Administrative functions of the organization. The incumbent will play a key role in developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, enhancing employee engagement, and maintaining efficient administrative operations to support business objectives.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and separation processes.
Manage performance appraisal systems and support employee development initiatives.
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, labor regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics, reports, and workforce planning data for management decision-making.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
Oversee all administrative operations, including office management, facilities, security, transport, and housekeeping.
Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement of office supplies and services.
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of office infrastructure and assets.
Coordinate company events, meetings, and corporate activities.
Develop and implement administrative policies and cost-control measures.
Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
