  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) completed or currently pursuing MBA after BBA, preferably in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related Business Administration discipline.

  • Preferred Universities: University of Dhaka, Khulna, Rajshahi, Jahangirnagar, BRAC, IUB & East West University.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced professional environment.

  • Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and proactive approach toward assigned responsibilities.

  • Basic understanding of employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and administrative processes will be an added advantage.

Position Summary: The People & Culture Intern will support the P&C team in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The role will primarily focus on employee data management, recruitment coordination, attendance monitoring, documentation management, and P&C administrative support.
This internship will provide practical exposure to HR systems, recruitment processes, employee records management, workplace compliance, and organizational culture while contributing to operational efficiency within the People & Culture function.
Learning Opportunity: This internship will provide hands-on experience in People & Culture operations, recruitment coordination, employee data management, and workplace administration within an international development organization. The intern will gain practical exposure to organizational systems, professional work practices, and employee engagement processes.

Reporting To: Country People Manager
Duration of Internship: 06 months

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Database Management

  • Support updating and maintaining employee information.

  • Help organize and digitize employee files and documents.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

  • Assist in preparing basic reports when needed.

2. Recruitment Coordination Support

  • Assist in job posting and CV sorting.

  • Help shortlist candidates based on given criteria.

  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interview panel members.

  • Support interview-related documentation and communication.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and records.

3. Attendance Management

  • Support monitoring of daily attendance records.

  • Help identify attendance issues such as absence, late attendance, or missing entries.

  • Assist in preparing monthly attendance summaries.

  • Coordinate with staff or departments for attendance corrections when needed.

4. General People & Culture Coordination

  • Support onboarding preparation for new employees.

  • Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, and orientation sessions.

  • Follow up with different departments when required.

  • Provide general administrative support to the People Department.
