About the Role: Heifer International Bangladesh is seeking a motivated intern to support the Business Development, Access to Finance & Partnerships function. The intern will assist in building linkages between smallholder agricultural cooperatives and financial institutions, supporting partnership development, research, and communications. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent BBA/MBA graduate to gain hands-on exposure to development finance, partnership management, and the agricultural value chain sector.
Key Responsibilities
Support research and preparation of partnership materials, concept notes, and presentations for financial institutions and other stakeholders;
Assist in drafting correspondence, reports, and follow-up communications with partner organizations and banks;
Help coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track action items across ongoing partnership discussions;
Support data organization and basic analysis related to cooperative performance and financial inclusion initiatives;
Assist with logistical and documentation support for events, roundtables, and field-related activities as needed.
Perform any other assignment given by the supervisor.
