Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, hard working and enthusiastic employee for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately and visitor & customer record maintain.

  • Receiving and answering the calls quickly and efficiently in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls.

  • Provide prompt and courteous service: both on the phone and in person.

  • Demonstrate friendliness and proper phone etiquette with every customer.

  • Dispatch all kinds of letters and receive & distribute as well.

  • Sort and distribute incoming mails, emails and handle outgoing mails & emails.

  • Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.

  • Maintain meeting room & event inside office premise.

  • Overall management of the Front Desk Office.

  • Able to perform data entry and basic IT support.

  • Coordination between companies to perform administrative tasks.

  • Other duties as and when required by the management.
