Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and manage KPIs for sales, student onboarding, counseling, operations & marketing
Track individual and team performance against defined KPIs
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly performance reports
Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities
Work closely with management to optimize processes and productivity
Support incentive, appraisal & performance evaluation systems
Ensure KPI alignment across Travel, Visa & Academy divisions
