Skills Required: Drafting,Employee Attendance,Payroll Processing,Reporting and Documentation,Shortage manpower recruit capability

  • Must be experience from Real Estate Division in HR department
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is mandatory.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are looking for a highly competent and dynamic Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager – Human Resources to join our team. The incumbent must have proven experience in the Real Estate/Property Development industry and strong expertise in managing end-to-end HR functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist all recruitment procedure (interview call, Schedule) in organization.

  • Responsible to maintain the daily attendance of employee.

  • Update Man power status, daily /weekly/monthly.

  • Prepare new personal file of new worker/Staffs & ensure personal file updating

  • Assist to Dept. Head to review the service confirmation of all staffs at the end of the

  • year and arrange for salary /promotion evaluation.

  • Must have to prepare monthly salary sheet and generate accurately. 

  • Monitor Lefty letter issue in right time.

  • Prepare Final Settlement bill.

  • Allocate & distribution to new employee off ID card & Mobile Sim .

  • Ensure implementation of national labor laws.

  • Maintains and updates employees leave related data.

  • Draft and Prepare various types of HR & Admin related letters (Appointment, Confirmation, Warning, Show-cause, Transfer, Promotion, Annual Increment, Notice etc.)

  • Knowledge on Labor Law, service rule etc.

  • Assist to Department Head for workforce planning & skills assessment.

  • Any other task assigned by the superior
