- Must have good expertise in purchasing finishing items of a building, such as CP fittings.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Implement purchase activities to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
- Practical experience in purchasing rods, cement, bricks, sand, and other construction materials is mandatory.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, collect quotations,
- Negotiation with the vendors based on price, quality, and service.
- Market Survey and prepare CS.
- Maintain liaison with vendors, contractors, and project sites to ensure smooth supply operations.
- Ensure credit limit, discount, and facilities.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing of purchases, stock, and deliveries.
- Due to work requirements, you may need to remain in the market for an extended period.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the department head or management.
