Job Context:
Five-R-Footwear Ltd. is seeking for an Assistant Manager–HR, Admin & Compliance to handle day-to-day human resources, factory administration, and compliance coordination. The role requires strong factory experience, hands-on HR operations, and the ability to work professionally under Chinese management. Clear communication in English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and personnel files
* Handle payroll coordination, overtime records, and worker documentation
* Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and factory rules
* Address worker issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes
* Coordinate training, performance tracking, and staff evaluations
Administration:
* Oversee general factory administration and office management
* Manage security, housekeeping, transport, and utility coordination
* Maintain contracts, licenses, and administrative records
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Compliance & Documentation:
* Support compliance requirements related to labor law and factory standards
* Maintain employee records, registers, and compliance documentation
* Coordinate internal audits and buyer/social compliance audits
* Liaise with compliance teams, inspectors, and external auditors.
*Should be able to face different compliance audits (Social, Safety, Security, Technical & QMS ) etc.
*Coordinate and support external audits conducted by buyers, certification bodies, and third-party auditors.
*Prepare and maintain compliance documents, reports, CAPs (Corrective Action Plans), and follow-up actions
Reporting & Coordination:
* Prepare HR, admin, and compliance reports for management
* Communicate clearly with Chinese management in English (written & spoken)
* Coordinate with production and accounts teams as needed
