Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage office operations, including permits, maintenance, and support services.
∎ Oversee vehicle management, procurement, and inventory of office assets.
∎ Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.Personnel/Staff Management:
∎ Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff training processes.
∎ Maintain employee records and oversee payroll in coordination with Finance.
∎ Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing internal and external challenges.
∎ Ensure compliance with HR policies, including safety, security, and gender inclusivity.Documentation and Legal Compliance:
∎ Standardize and maintain organizational filing and record-keeping systems.
∎ Safeguard legal and confidential documents.
∎ Manage employment contracts, insurance, and other legal matters.Professional Development:
∎ Organize training programs and evaluate staff performance.
