Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing recruitment Processes
∎ Organizing departmentwise necessary training programs.
∎ Ensuring compliance with ISO:9001-2015 requirements and relevant standards.
∎ Implementing and monitoring the Company’s codes of conduct
∎ Developing and executing sustainable Corrective Action Plans (CAP) with Internal Audit Team.
∎ Supervise the HR, Admin & Compliance team for all kinds of documents & how to develop them
∎ Candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and communication. Organize and coordinate written tests, interviews, or applicable assessments.·
∎ Facilitate new joiner’s onboarding
∎ Track, update, and execute employment transitional-related work, e.g. probationary assessment, transfer, separation, etc.
∎ Support in yearly performance assessment, updating JDs, and various HR audits.
∎ Maintain employee’s database in the system, personal files, and other records effectively and efficiently
∎ Recommend improvements to existing compliance processes to ensure efficiency, reduce risk, and improve overall organizational compliance.
