Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement short- and medium-term operational plans that align with the company`s strategy

  • Develop Customer Base for Long Term Business Relations

  • Keep close contact with the foreign and local principals and cater to their present and future needs promptly

  • Build, mentor, and develop a team to achieve business goals. This includes hiring, training, performance management, and providing guidance.

  • Support a portfolio of clients with their needs, such as processing transactions, handling complex queries, and identifying new opportunities.

  • Oversee and guide team members, including managing performance and helping to develop skills.

  • Help ensure the smooth running of the department or branch, handling operational tasks and addressing issues. 

  • Provide cost insight and financial analysis to key decision-makers, often using historical and forward-looking data.

  • Use data science methods to analyze trends, provide actionable insights, and inform future strategy.

  • Work with internal teams to translate business requirements into data-driven actions.

  • Delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a high-performing, engaged team.

  • Helping to maintain and strengthen control frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to company rules and regulations.

  • Analyzing metrics, investigating exceptions, and preparing reports for senior leadership to inform strategic decision.
