Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing on-boarding.
∎ Update and maintain the HR database & HRIS.
∎ Co-ordinate training sessions and maintain records.
∎ Support employee engagement activities and manage employee separation processes.
∎ Prepare and issue HR-related letters (e.g., NOC, salary certificates).
∎ Oversee the coordination of employee IDs, visiting cards, and printing tasks.
∎ Manage monthly stationery orders, vendor relationships, and process related bills for approval.
∎ Coordinate arrangements for company events.
∎ Supervise support staff, manage their tasks, and maintain attendance and leave records.
∎ Handle petty cash management, ensure proper documentation, and resolve courier-related issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
∎ Administration & Management:
∎ Manage office operations, including permits, maintenance, and support services.
∎ Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
∎ Personnel/Staff Management:
∎ Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff training processes.
∎ Maintain employee records and oversee payroll in coordination with Finance.
∎ Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing internal and external challenges.
∎ Ensure compliance with HR policies, including safety, security, and gender inclusivity.

∎ This position is critical for supporting the seamless execution of HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities, including HR processes, employee relations, and operational coordination, to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
