Responsibilities & Context:

Job Title: HR Intern (Recruitment Focus)

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Mode: Remote + Mandatory 2–3 office visits per week

Working Days: 5 days a week

Salary: ৳10,000 – ৳15,000 (Negotiable)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Intern who will work primarily on recruitment. This role is perfect for students or fresh graduates from HRM or related fields who want hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring.

Core Responsibilities

• Call shortlisted candidates daily and coordinate interview schedules.

• Create, edit, and refine CVs for candidates when required.

• Post job openings across all major recruitment portals (Facebook groups, LinkedIn, Bdjobs, internal platforms, etc.).

• Search, shortlist, and evaluate CVs from multiple job boards.

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking sheets (Google Sheets/Excel).

• Follow up with candidates on documentation, updates, and onboarding steps.

• Coordinate with the internal hiring team and report recruitment status regularly.

• Assist in building a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future roles.

Additional Tasks

• Support the HR team with offer letters and basic HR admin tasks.

• Maintain professional communication while dealing with candidates.

• Assist in preparing weekly recruitment reports and analytics.

• Help with employer branding activities (posting openings, content sharing, etc.).

• Participate in weekly meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Current student or graduate in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong communication skills and confidence in candidate calling.

• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle.

• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

• Must be available for 2–3 office visits per week.
