• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Giant Group is one of the leading business conglomerates in Bangladesh. We are looking for a competent, dedicated, and proactive professional for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive (HR & Admin). The selected candidate will be fully responsible for managing daily attendance and HR operational activities along with transport management functions. The role requires strong practical knowledge of HR operations, transport management, and Bangladesh Labor Law to ensure smooth administrative and human resource operations of the organization.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple HR and administrative responsibilities independently while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting Recruiting, Selection, Joining, orientation, and placement.

• Fully responsible for maintaining daily attendance, Leave, Absent, Late, Early Leave, etc.

• Prepare JD for existing and new employees in alignment with business goals.

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily transport operations.

• Schedule regular transport servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

• Monitor fuel consumption and prevent misuse.

• Assist to develop day-to-day HR policies, practices, and other interdepartmental SOPs.

• Conducting final settlement preparation as per Law.

• Drafting various forms, office orders, circulars, Letters (termination letter, warning letter, transfer letter, etc.)

• Preparation and circulation of official/ managerial order/note/memo & circular with regards to HR and Admin.

• Conducting performance appraisals for all employees, fostering development and career growth.

• Coordinating and ensuring payroll Management is aligned with other departments.

• Handling Employee grievance Management.

• Cooperates with all departments for smooth operation.

• Assist to training arrangements in-house and out site office whenever needed.

• Organizing & maintaining personnel records efficiently, entering new hire data, and updating any previous employees' data.
