Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
    • Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with HRM Major, or related field (PGDHRM preferred).

Position Overview

Highly ethical, empathetic, and competent Assistant Manager – HR & Admin who will serve as the HR leader in the department, taking full ownership of HR operations and department leadership. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership proficiency, deep practical knowledge of HR functions, and solid experience in BLA 2006 and BLR 2015.

The individual must be capable of uplifting and transforming our HR department with professionalism, integrity, positivity, and a deep sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the HR & Admin department matching organization’s Mission, Vision and Values.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with business goals.
  • Making HR SOP more smooth, strong and transparent.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment.
  • Ensure structured, transparent, and unbiased hiring processes.
  • Plan and manage employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs to build a positive first impression.

Employee Relations & Culture Development

  • Foster a positive, respectful, and compliant work environment.
  • Promote a culture of empathy, fairness, morality, and ethical workplace conduct.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Supervise daily HR activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Manage administrative operations.

Compliance, Legal & Policy Management

  • Ensure the compliance of Bangladesh Labor Act and Bangladesh Labor Rules in HR action.
  • Maintain updated HR manuals, policies, and SOPs.
  • Prepare and implement compliance, disciplinary actions, and legal documentation.

Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Cooperate HoDs in implementing performance appraisal system.
  • Support employees’ professional development and training needs.
  • Co create and execute improvement plans for low performers

Leadership, Morality & Professional Conduct

  • Uphold high moral standards, ethics and integrity.
  • Lead with empathy while maintaining firm discipline and strong character.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and fairness in all dealings.
  • Encourage a cultu­re of respect, teamwork, and positivity.
