Additional Requirements: - 2–3 years in B2B/B2C sales (FMCG, crafts, gift/souvenir, apparel/toy/handicraft, or hospitality).
- Proven record of opening retail/hotel accounts and hitting revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with basic CRM tools.
- Fluent Bangla; workable English; Chittagonian a plus. Willing to travel frequently.
Responsibilities & Context: Job Context
Light of Hope is a social enterprise that runs the country’s largest after-school programme and provides moral education to children between four and 12 years of age. Light of Hope was established in 2017 with a dream of spreading the light of moral and creative education to every child in Bangladesh. The company has been working on developing moral codes and nurturing creative skills with courses on crafting, sciences, puppetry, magic, and story making that promote self-expression. Light of Hope operates and bridges the link between children and their adult caregivers through their three wings – Kids Time, Goofi and Teachers Time.
In partnership with the International Labour Organization and ESDO, Light of Hope is implementing the Eco-friendly Handicrafts and Toy Production within the Humanitarian- Development -Peace Nexus in Cox’s Bazar Project 2025.
Job Summary
Field Marketing officers will Drive revenue and market penetration for crochet dolls, puppets, and key rings or Goofiworld product into market by building B2B & B2C channels, closing purchase orders, and ensuring fast sell-through—while telling the product’s social-impact story responsibly.

Job Purpose
Field Marketing officer is responsible for executing on-ground B2C/B2B activations and local sales drives that convert awareness into orders and sell-through for crochet dolls, hand puppets, and key rings—across retail, hotels/tourist spots, pop-ups, and social commerce..

Key Responsibilities
On-ground Activation & Sales Support
- Plan and run weekly pop-ups, store demos, hotel lobby displays, beach/tourist stalls, fairs and campus/CSR events.
- Set up booths (branding, display units, pricing, samples), give live product demos and stories (impact, eco-friendly, child-safe).
- Capture leads, issue receipts for cash sales (as per SOP), and coordinate same/next-day replenishment.
Retail & Hotel Enablement
- Support onboarding of new retail/hotel partners: shelf setup, price tags, barcode/QR, POS materials, staff briefings.
- Routine store checks: stock counts, facing/visibility, competitor scan; submit photo reports.
Digital & Community Outreach
- Produce micro-content (short videos/reels, customer photos/testimonials) from activations for social pages.
- Engage local Facebook groups/WhatsApp communities with approved copy and offer codes; track conversions.
Data, Feedback & Coordination
- Maintain daily activation logs: footfall, samples, inquiries, unit sales, returns, expenses.
- Share customer feedback (price, color, design) to Sales Lead/Designer/QC for fast iteration.
- Coordinate with logistics for stock movement and with QC for any quality issues.
Compliance & Brand Stewardship
- Follow child-safeguarding and PSEA guidance in all engagements.
- Use only approved brand claims (eco-friendly, handmade, child-safe); respect artisan dignity and data consent.
Service Duration
- 5 Months (Up to 31st March 2026 and may have the possibility to extend based on Donor confirmation)
Job Other Benifits: Salary: 20000, TA/DA: 10,000, Performance Bonus: Upto 10000.
Total: 40000 (consolidated)
