Experience:
Graduation/Post-Graduation in Social Science or relevant subject from any UGC approved university or institute
Have knowledge on survivor centered case management for gender-based violence
Have good knowledge of SEA and reporting mechanism
Patient, persuasive and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken decision timely.
Needs to understand community dynamics through the community.
Need enough knowledge to identify high risky case to ensure services timely
Knowledge on basic Gender issues and GBV Core Concept and Referral pathway
Must be efficient in Microsoft word & Excel.
Should have good counselling skill

This position is responsible for providing quality case management services to GBV survivors at both host and camp levels, ensuring adherence to GBV guiding principles, Case Management standards, and GBVIMS protocols. The role will also focus on building the capacity of Prevention and Response Volunteers and Community Support Groups to strengthen community-based GBV prevention and response mechanisms.
Provide professional, confidential, and survivor-centered case management services to GBV survivors, in line with established guiding principles.
Deliver case management services under the GBVIMS+/Primero platform, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and updates.
Ensure proper referrals are made and conduct regular follow-up to ensure quality service delivery and survivor support.
Build and maintain accurate records while upholding data protection and confidentiality standards.
Ensure safeguarding principles are integrated into all activities to protect staff, beneficiaries, and community members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation.
Serve as a resource person on safeguarding, providing support, guidance, and expertise to foster a safe working environment.
Safeguarding
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
