Education:
An advanced degree from a reputed university in a relevant discipline such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Gender Studies, Urban Development, Climate Change, Migration Studies, or other related fields.

- Age At least 29 years
Demonstrated experience in developing gender strategies, action plans, institutional frameworks, or similar policy documents.
Strong understanding of gender equality and social inclusion, including gender responsive planning, budgeting, service delivery, and institutional development.
Good understanding of climate change, climate-induced migration, and urban vulnerability.
Experience working with local government institutions and public service delivery systems.
Proven experience in conducting institutional assessments, policy reviews, and multi-stakeholder consultations.
Excellent analytical, facilitation, report writing, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Bangla and English, both written and spoken.
