Job Purpose:
This position will be responsible for field base activities implementation, monitoring, data collection, daily reporting, documentation preparation and preservation, taking GPS and necessary data, giving support on hygiene activity and any other task assigned by supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with beneficiaries in project activities implementation
Monitor labor and masons for WASH site and community engagement on vector burn diseases.
Provide necessary support to the Hygiene promoter to run at least two hygiene sessions daily basis with WASH and relevant host and FDMN community.
Monitor & supervise the construction of the relevant WASH activities in the assigned working area.
Distribute and follow up the daily work plan of the Project Assistant, Hygiene Promoter and labors.
Work with the Project Assistant to find sites/locations for WASH facility construction, using GPS and necessary data.
Keep the all-materials distribution documents, master roll of all constructed WASH facilities.
Provide necessary report of every WASH facility constructed, repaired & maintained daily.
Regular coordination with other team players in project implementation
Safeguarding Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
