• Age 40 to 50 years

• At least 3 - 5 years(s) at management level.

• Age 40 to 45 years but age limit is considerable for extra ordinary or experienced candidate.

• At least 3 - 5 years working experience in relevant position with experience in Health, Adolescent and Youth Development, Gender interventions, community development approach under any development organizations.

• Both males and females are encouraged to apply.

• Good English skills in both written and spoken.

• Shall have experience on proposal writing and budgeting, monitoring and reporting, finance management including MIS and risk management as well as safeguarding, donors' compliances etc.

• Shall have valid motorcycle driving license.

Job Context

PARI Development Trust is a national NGO registered with NGOAB working in greater Mymensingh. PARI implements community development, maternal & child health, nutrition, food Security livelihood, agriculture and child rights program in several Upazilas of Mymensingh, Tangail, Jamalpur, Sherpur, Netrokona and Sunamganj districts. PARI is implementing a 3 years' period "PARI Islampur Area Program” from 1st October 2025 to 30th September 2028 with the partnership of World Vision Bangladesh. This Program is a focused child relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities to ensure the sustained wellbeing of children, family and community and thus transform their lives as a long-term impact in Islampur upazila under Jamalpur district.

The project seeks a contractual Program Manager (PM) to manage the project and drive to achieve the expected results through effective management and implementation of the program activities.

Job Responsibilities

• To assure the overall project implementation and coordination with project team and Program Management Team (PMT), government and donor.

• To have good computer knowledge on – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using internet.

• To ensure that the project operates in accordance with approved policies, procedures and project design following effective and efficient process of planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation.

• To oversee the project implementation and operational status.

• To ensure financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenses, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.

• To maintain a good network and coordination with related and local GO sectors and NGOs. To meet the reporting requirements of Organization, Government and Donor.

• To facilitate staff development process through training, representation, exchange learning, workshop and learning session.

• To uphold organizational vision and assure the appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of the project objectives and maintaining high staff morale.

• To understand socialization and ensure practice with staff of all organizational policies.

• To have ability to work independently and under tight deadlines and multitask.

• To spend at least 40 % of working hours at field.

Tk. 63,825.00 per month during probationary period. Upon completion of probationary period, monthly salary will be Tk.68,000 only plus other benefits as per organization’s policy.
