Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA with major in Finance/Accounting) from a recognized and reputed university.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline may be accepted in lieu of a Master’s degree, provided it is supplemented by at least two (02) additional years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial administration.

Minimum 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support functions, preferably with international and/or national NGOs, development organizations, or donor-funded projects.
Responsibilities & Context:
IUCN, represented by its Bangladesh Country Office, is implementing projects with support from various donors. To ensure the smooth operation of these projects, IUCN requires a Finance Associate.
This position is based at IUCN Bangladesh Country Office, and only Bangladesh citizens are eligible to apply.
