Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Finance or equivalent Degree in commerce/MBS//CA (CC)

  • 3 years’ experience in relevant field preferably in development sectors.

  • Should have good command in MS Word, MS Excel and Tally software.

  • Basic understanding of NGO financial management and accounting procedures.

  • Ability to work with field teams and maintain accurate records

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to address issues and effect change effectively



Responsibilities & Context:

Ensure all aspects of accounting function and maintain accounting records of the project in accordance with Financial Management and Accounting Manual of PSTC and government requirements.

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual financial report.

  • Responsible for the overall accounts and admin. of the project.        

  • Prepare and maintain all the bill and vouchers of the project.

  • Visit field offices and provide support to the staff.

  • Maintain inventory and stock registers of the project.

  • Disburse fund and receive financial reports from district offices.

  • Prepare and review Cash Book, Ledger Book, Vouchers and banking transaction.

  • Take initiative and coordinate for budget preparation, budget revision as required.

  • Prepare Receipt and Payment statements and budget variance report.

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.

  • Facilitate audit activities and provide audit response accordingly.

  • Maintain and record keeping of Provident Fund and Gratuity of the project.

  • Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

  • Carry out any others tasks as and when required,
