Responsibilities & Context:
Organizing meeting for the pregnant women and provide services and counselling to them at the community level.
Ensure delivery of uniform messages related to pregnancy care, nutrition, delivery and neonatal care
Provide ANC check-up, GMP and NCD services
Ensure 4 ANC check-up of the pregnant women through HH visit
Counselling for multiple micronutrient supplement for the pregnant women, children and others
Prepare ANC and GMP card, attendance sheet, report and entry in the apps
Carry out any other of tasks as and when required.
