Experience:
Masters in any discipline. Flexible for highly experienced working with ‘People Who Uses Drug’ project.
Primary Responsibilities:
Update the DIC Mother List and Master List regularly.
Assist with OST and ART enrollments.
Oversee the management of PSM documentation and store management.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting and documentation.
Enter data into the CIS system.
Manage and monitor project activities.
Facilitate coordination and communication within the team and with relevant stakeholders.
Supervise staff management and maintain financial records.
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Physical verification of stock and generate inventory and other assigned reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
Start the office at 8:00 AM and maintain office hours until 4:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Office hour would be differentiate based on the early starting the outreach activities and for evening shift.
Collect signatures for attendance and ensure proper record-keeping of staff presence in the attendance register.
Manage the distribution of needles, syringes, condoms and IEC/BCC materials to Peer Outreach Workers (POWs) and update stock registers related to PSM activities.
Monitor the collection and proper handling of syringes and needles.
Collect used needles/syringes from Peer Outreach Workers based on daily outreach service formats.
Follow organizational guidelines for the disposal of used syringes and clinical waste via incineration and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the CDIC facility at all times.
Prepare accurate Mother List through social mapping and spot analysis and ensure they are updated in CIS.
Update and maintain the database for PLHIV profile and establish regular communication with CDICs that handle HIV-positive PWID cases.
Coordinate and track behavioral data for HIV-positive PWID, presenting it during weekly and monthly coordination meetings.
Monitor the well-being of staff and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
Supervise Field Supervisors and POWs, ensuring effective training and meetings are conducted.
Conduct regular field visits and ensure outreach work is conducted as per office instructions.
Oversee the management of advance receipts and bill coordination (petty cash management), ensuring the petty cash register and any other tools required by the organization are updated and verified regularly.
Prepare attendance sheets, salary summary and leave summary for staff.
Verify clinical data in coordination with the SMO and nurses.
Manage event logistics and update event data and outreach participation data.
Update the death register, training register, Harassment register, leave register and any other registers as assigned in the future and prepare monthly, periodic, bi-weekly and fortnightly reports.
Manage the procurement and distribution of nutrition supplies to CDICs with HIV-positive PWID.
Liaise with office Houseowners regarding rent and other matters; plan for structural changes and improvements to the CDIC.
Ensure effective supply chain management for the project, including regular updates to inventory reports for medications, assets, and periodic health supplies; submit quarterly asset reports and manage inventory for expired/short-term medications.
Ensure six monthly & yearly staff evaluation
Conduct Depo & Mobile Van visit to ensure essential services to PUDs
