Experience:
The Finance, Admin, and Logistics Officer will be based at the field office in Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar District.She/he will spend approximately 15% of his/her time in the field.
She/he may have contact with dissatisfied or abusive individuals
Being capable of working on an individual basis with minimum supervision.

An interest or participation in some aspects of the local community is useful. General administrative skills are also needed.
Samaj Kalayan O Unnayan Shangstha (SKUS) envisions a peaceful, prosperous, and poverty-free society that ensures everyone's basic needs and rights. SKUS has since the 2017 Rohingya refugee influx worked in Cox's Bazar district with children, adolescents, women, and men. Based on children, adolescents, women, and human rights. SKUS has established quality learning and protection centers with support from different international donors, including UN agencies. SKUS has an agreement with Plan International Bangladesh for the SBF project for Rohingya communities at Rohingya Camps, Ukhiya Upazila, under Cox's Bazar District. The aim of this project is to advance the quality of education for Rohniya children in all their diversity in Cox’s Bazar Rohingya refugee camps.
Duration of contract: Up to May 31, 2028, and contingent on donor extension and government approval.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Budget Management
Ensure expenditure aligns with the approved budget; enforce financial guidelines
Prevent misuse of funds; act as custodian of checkbooks, cash, vouchers, and ledgers
Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports
Manage payroll, petty cash, Tax/VAT payments, and voucher processing
Procurement
Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, tenders, POs, and Service/Purchase Agreements
Conduct market assessments and cost evaluations for best value
Coordinate bid evaluations and facilitate Bid Evaluation Committee meetings
Ensure vendor vetting, compliance, and maintain an updated vendor database
Maintain procurement files for audit readiness
Assets & Logistics
Maintain and physically verify the Fixed Asset Register monthly
Track procurement pipelines and manage framework agreements
Support logistics for trainings, workshops, and travel
HR & Compliance
Manage HR functions: personnel files, leave balances, payroll support, recruitment
Ensure compliance with donor, procurement, and GoB regulations
Support audits, donor visits, and process improvement recommendations
