Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – HR & Admin will support the HR & Admin Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance & payroll support, administrative tasks, and store-level HR coordination. This role serves as the second-in-command in the HR & Admin department.

Key Responsibilities

A. Recruitment & Selection

  • Execute recruitment plans for stores and corporate roles.

  • Manage CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities.

B. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee files, HRIS data, attendance, and leave records.

  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support payroll accuracy.

C. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Handle employee queries and administrative support.

  • Assist in disciplinary processes, store HR visits, and compliance audits.

D. Training & Development Support

  • Coordinate training sessions and ensure proper documentation.

  • Support in developing training calendars for retail staff.

E. Administrative Support

  • Assist in managing office administration, logistics, and vendor coordination.

  • Support travel management, procurement, and office maintenance.

F. Performance Management Support

  • Assist in evaluation cycles, KPI documentation, and appraisal coordination.
