Position Overview
The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – HR & Admin will support the HR & Admin Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance & payroll support, administrative tasks, and store-level HR coordination. This role serves as the second-in-command in the HR & Admin department.
Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Selection
Execute recruitment plans for stores and corporate roles.
Manage CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
B. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee files, HRIS data, attendance, and leave records.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support payroll accuracy.
C. Employee Relations & Compliance
Handle employee queries and administrative support.
Assist in disciplinary processes, store HR visits, and compliance audits.
D. Training & Development Support
Coordinate training sessions and ensure proper documentation.
Support in developing training calendars for retail staff.
E. Administrative Support
Assist in managing office administration, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Support travel management, procurement, and office maintenance.
F. Performance Management Support
Assist in evaluation cycles, KPI documentation, and appraisal coordination.
