Responsibilities & Context:
  • Search, evaluate, and secure suitable locations for new outlets, franchise stores, and expansion projects aligned with the business growth strategy.

  • Conduct market research, demographic analysis, competitor mapping to identify commercially viable retail zones.

  • Develop and maintain a strong location pipeline through networking with developers, landlords, brokers, and shopping mall authorities.

  • Prepare feasibility reports, site evaluation summaries, and business proposals for management approval.

  • Analyze brand positioning, market demand, and store format suitability to ensure optimal site selection.

  • Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of property options, landlords, and real estate partners.

  • Ensure all leasing and acquisition processes comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

  • Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and other related teams to ensure smooth store development and timely launch execution.

  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with mall authorities, developers, franchise partners, government agencies, and utility service providers.

  • Prepare regular expansion reports, dashboards, and site acquisition pipeline updates for management review.

  • Identify and support potential franchise opportunities and expansion partnerships to strengthen network growth.

  • Maintain effective communication with franchise partners and assist in resolving location-related challenges.

  • Provide market intelligence, expansion insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
