  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.



Responsibilities & Context:

Akij Venture Limited is looking for a competent professional to oversee the overall operations and business performance of its Home Appliance showrooms. The position will be responsible for managing showroom sales, ensuring smooth retail operations, coordinating showroom expansion activities, and maintaining high standards of customer service across all outlets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall showroom operations and sales performance.

  • Ensure proper inventory management and product display in the showroom.

  • Coordinate with management regarding retail expansion activities.

  • Maintain financial documentation, reporting, and compliance.

  • Support showroom expansion projects and operational activities.

  • Handle vendor sourcing for showroom materials, assets, and logistics.

  • Conduct market study and site identification for new showrooms and coordinate with vendors, landlords, and relevant stakeholders.

  • Oversee showroom setup, execution, and pre-opening operational activities for new outlets.

  • Handle crisis situations, operational issues, and ensure proper reporting and compliance with company policies.
