Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and supervise the distribution process from warehouse to retail outlets.
Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, stock management, and dispatch.
Ensure timely delivery of products to all branches according to distribution plans.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records in coordination with warehouse and retail teams.
Coordinate with Retail, Sales, Audit, and Accounts departments to maintain smooth stock flow.
Prepare and monitor stock transfer plans and replenishment schedules for outlets.
Maintain proper documentation for stock movement, delivery, and receiving.
Analyze distribution and inventory reports to identify shortages, slow-moving items, and stock discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and audit requirements.
Optimize transportation and distribution costs while maintaining service quality.
Supervise and guide warehouse and distribution team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Implement improvements in distribution processes and warehouse management systems.
