Responsibilities & Context:

1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  • Conduct detailed Training Needs Analysis for retail sales personnel and corporate staff.

  • Identify skill gaps through store visits, employee performance data, feedback, and observations.

  • Prepare TNA reports and propose appropriate training programs.

2. Training Program Development & Delivery

  • Design and conduct retail training sessions for salesmen, including product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and grooming.

  • Arrange and facilitate corporate behavior trainings for head-office employees (e.g., communication, professionalism, teamwork, workplace conduct).

  • Develop training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.

3. Post-Training Evaluation & Follow-Up

  • Observe performance of trainees after training sessions.

  • Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and on-the-job behavior.

  • Recommend further training, coaching, or corrective actions based on performance results.

4. Attendance & Punctuality Monitoring

  • Analyze staff attendance, punctuality, and behavioral patterns using HR systems and manual reports.

  • Identify employees or departments needing corrective training programs related to discipline, punctuality, and time management.

  • Develop relevant training plans or awareness initiatives.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain training records, attendance sheets, evaluation reports, and learning progress documentation.

  • Provide regular updates to HR management on training outcomes and employee performance improvements.

Assist in developing yearly training calendars for both retail and corporate employees.
