Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel — Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Charts, and Reporting
Strong data analysis and numerical skills with a sharp eye for accuracy

Good communication and presentation skills

1. Social Media Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze performance of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Track key metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and campaign performance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly social media performance reports
Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics and performance trends
Track performance of promotional campaigns and digital marketing activities
2. MIS Reporting & Data Management
Maintain and update Management Information System (MIS) reports for different departments
Compile operational, marketing, and event-related data for management review
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data and reports
Maintain structured databases for easy access and analysis
3. Documentation & Record Management
Maintain proper documentation of marketing activities, campaigns, promotions, and events
Archive reports, data sheets, and performance summaries for future reference
Maintain digital records of social media activities and marketing initiatives
Support management with data documentation for presentations and reports
4. Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze numerical data and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
Generate insights to support marketing strategies and operational decisions
Assist in measuring ROI of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
5. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and digital teams for data collection
Assist management with presentations, reports, and dashboards
