Context:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to support our office IT operations and data management. The ideal candidate will have good basic computer skills, a fast typing speed, and willingness to learn. This is an entry-level role with the opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient in Bangla and English typing.

·         Operate computer systems and office software (MS Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Candidates with skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be given preference

• Basic knowledge of internet browsing, email correspondence, searching, collecting information, and online documentation

• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of official documents

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

·         Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain digital records.

·         Manage files and document filing (both hard copy & soft copy).

·         Generate and prepare simple reports as assigned.

·         Ensure safety, confidentiality, and integrity of data.

·         Maintain office discipline, punctuality, and a clean working area.

·         Carry out any other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
