A leading and well-established Land & Properties Company is inviting applications from highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Director of purchasing. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing all land acquisition and procurement activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company’s overall land procurement and acquisition strategy.

• Identify and evaluate potential land opportunities aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct legal due diligence, ownership verification, and risk assessment for land acquisition.

• Thoroughly verify, examine, and validate ownership documents, title deeds, and related legal papers before acquisition.

• Negotiate with landowners, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure successful transactions.

• Oversee contract drafting, execution, and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

• Maintain strong liaison with government bodies, legal authorities, and relevant agencies.

• Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Prepare strategic reports and present procurement insights to top management.

• Build and lead a high-performing procurement and land acquisition team.
