Job Context

Fresh Super Mart, a retail chain of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), is expanding its footprint by launching new outlets at strategic metro locations. Currently, MGI is seeking for experienced candidate who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing prime retail locations to support the company’s expansion strategy. The role requires strategic decision-making, analytical rigor, and negotiation expertise to ensure that each new site aligns with commercial objectives, operational requirements, and the brand’s standards.

Job Responsibilities

1. Identify and assess potential locations to support Fresh Super Mart’s strategic expansion at high-footfall areas.

2. Evaluate sites to ensure commercial viability, accessibility, and alignment with operational objectives.

3. Conduct detailed feasibility studies, including footfall analysis, visibility, space availability, and competitive benchmarking.

4. Negotiate rental and lease agreements to secure favorable terms and to mitigate associated risks.

5. Coordinate with senior management and legal teams to finalize site agreements efficiently.

6. Maintain a structured pipeline of potential sites to enable planned and sustainable expansion.

7. Ensure timely site handover for outlet setup, enabling smooth operations from launch.

8. Develop and sustain professional relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate partners to identify future opportunities.
