As we continue to expand, we are seeking a fresh HR postgraduate with an excellent academic background, strong knowledge in HR, and the capability to drive employee-centric initiatives aligned with our business objectives. This role requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR operations and a proactive approach to continuously improving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidates must have strong knowledge of EPZ Labor Law / Labour Law, related Rules, and Wage Structures to ensure full regulatory compliance.

  • Lead HR operations including employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and welfare initiatives to drive overall business success.

  • Counsel workers on issues such as lateness, absenteeism, grievance, use of PPE, and disciplinary concerns; coordinate with relevant departments to initiate necessary actions.

  • Oversee grievance handling, absenteeism, and leave management while fostering a safe, healthy, and harmonious work environment.

  • Maintain and update registers for grievance cases, absentee and lateness counseling, and welfare-related records.

  • Communicate and educate employees on company culture policies, welfare services, and workplace behavior through regular updates and awareness sessions.

  • Manage the implementation and progress tracking of Personal Development Plans (PDP) for employees at all levels, aligning growth with business needs.

  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

  • Generate HR analytics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
