Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Sr. Executive: Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA, Audit, or technical functions in a garments factory who has an experience on Levi’s (Tops).
Asst. Manager: Minimum 8+ years of experience in QA, Audit & Technical functions in a reputed garments who has an experience on Levi’s (Tops).
Strong knowledge of garment construction, quality assurance processes, technical standards, and audit requirements.
Experience handling Levi's (Tops) products and buyer requirements will be highly preferred.
Sound understanding of inspection procedures, measurement standards, and quality improvement tools.
Ability to identify quality risks and implement effective corrective actions.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production and shipment deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and ensure product quality from development to final shipment.
Review technical specifications, construction details, workmanship standards, and measurement requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and identify quality concerns during product development and production stages.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, and technical teams to ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
Conduct inline, pilot run, pre-final, and final inspections to maintain quality standards.
Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor factory quality KPIs and prepare quality performance reports.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, factory standards, and audit requirements.
Support buyer visits, technical meetings, and factory audits.
Train production and quality teams on technical and quality requirements.
Ensure smooth implementation of quality systems within a jacket manufacturing environment.
