We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, HR-ADMIN. The role involves overseeing daily human resources activities while ensuring effective administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment processes, and office administration. A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a well-structured and compliant workplace are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management
Assist in developing & implementing HR policies, SOPs, and HR strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment & selection for corporate and factory-level positions.
Prepare job descriptions, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding & induction programs.
Support training and development initiatives, arrange internal/external training sessions, and track competency development.
Assist in Performance Management (KPI/OKR), promotion, increment, and appraisal processes.
Maintain HR files, employee database, HRIS & leave management.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee grievances, counseling, and disciplinary processes as per company policy.
Support employee engagement programs, culture development, and communication activities.
Ensure proper execution of attendance, punctuality, and disciplinary procedures.
Administrative Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the corporate office.
Manage transport, housekeeping, security, utility services, office supplies & maintenance activities.
Support canteen, welfare, reception, and compliance-related administrative functions.
Ensure cost-effective administrative operations and effective management of vendors and suppliers.
Compliance & Legal
Ensure HR & Admin activities comply with the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, amendments & Labor Rules 2015.
Assist in preparing documents for social, technical, and compliance audits.
Maintain liaison with government offices, BGMEA, compliance bodies, and external agencies when required.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and documentation for management.
Maintain employee records, contract documents, and confidential HR data.
Assist in preparing circulars, memos, letters, office orders, and official communication.
