Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the customer service team.
Coordinate with buyers, merchandising, production, planning, and logistics teams.
Handle order confirmations, price negotiations, and delivery follow-ups.
Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery.
Resolve customer complaints and quality-related issues professionally.
Prepare customer reports, order summaries, and management updates.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Ensure ERP system updates and accuracy.
