Experience working with woven/knit garments export marketing preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented General Manager – Marketing to lead our textile and garments marketing operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, sourcing new buyers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving business growth targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of the textile/RMG industry and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to achieve company sales targets
· Identify new buyers, markets, and business opportunities globally
· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high client satisfaction
· Lead price negotiations, costing, and contract finalization with buyers
· Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time order execution
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing reports for management
· Lead and mentor the marketing and merchandising team to achieve performance goals
· Handle order inquiries, product development follow-ups, and customer communications
· Represent the company in international fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings
· Ensure smooth order booking, capacity planning, and delivery commitments
· Work closely with top management to set long-term business strategies
