• Expertise in GPRO software and RFID-based production monitoring.

• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, efficiency improvement techniques, and workforce management.

• Ability to analyze data and create insightful reports to drive efficiency improvements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the GPRO system across all production lines.

• Ensure smooth functionality of RFID tracking systems and related hardware.

• Develop Operation Bulletins (OB) and Line Layouts in GPRO.

• Develop reports and graphical representations in GPRO.

• Analyze efficiency data, production targets, and labor allocation.

• Monitor real-time production status (Input, Output & WIP) and generate hourly, daily, and monthly reports.

• Identify bottlenecks in production and propose solutions using real-time GPRO data·

• Ensure minimum wastage, maximum productivity, and improved quality through GPRO insights.
