Responsibilities & Context:
Have to Communicating with buyers by mail mostly for new queries as well as updates.
Have to handle buyer independently.
Planning for new season sampling, production orders and set the TNA.
Costing and negotiation with trim & accessory suppliers.
Follow up with vendors for samples & Trims, Lab Dips comments.
Update the buyers with the order status at all stages.
Master LC, production follow up and material booking on time.
Sourcing of materials for new development.
Maintaining files and accounts & updating time and action calendar.
Support the merchandiser in day-to-day operation, documentation and assisting with order follow up.
