• Knowledge in Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing & Textile Processes.

• Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Ability to prioritize for deadlines.

• Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.

• Establish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in planning, production, stock up and delivery of quality knit fabric.

• Conduct Time Study Analysis for all types of functional machinery and set Standard Minute Value (SMV).

• Identify and eliminate Non Value Adding (NVA) operations by Value Stream Mapping for selected areas.

• Use Industrial Engineering for Load and Capacity Planning, identify Loss Time, Efficiency and Utilization of Manpower and Machinery.

• Follow up Man-Machine ratio and make comparison and improve the situation.

• Analyze daily Work In Progress (WIP) and compare with planned efficiency.

• Set Departmental Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and analyze achievements and efficiency of manpower.

• Set goal and analyze achievements of Machine Utilization.

• Ensure new method development and ergonomically improvement.

• Implement Lean Tools in Textile Manufacturing Processes.
