Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor/Honors

Diploma in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Fire ,Civil or related field.Recognized safety certification (e.g., IOSH).

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Good knowledge of construction safety standards and risk assessment.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle site safety issues effectively.

• Work in a change and flexible shift as per the construction requirement withing labour low and BEPZA regulations. (Ex.Night shift and flexible cross shift – afternoon to midnight )

• Candidate able to work under 3D environments ( dirty , Difficult, and dangerous )

• Conduct safety orientation and training for new workers and visitors.

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and report unsafe conditions or practices.

• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company HSE policies.

• Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, lifting operations, excavation, electrical work, and all critical construction work.

• Organize toolbox talks and safety training programs regularly.

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers on site.

• Coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct emergency drills.

• Maintain HSE documentation, permits, checklists, and records.

• Liaise with contractors, supervisors, and management regarding safety matters positive safety assurance.

• Monitor environmental controls such as waste management, dust control with a relevant authority.
